Business Week Ranks Babson World Class
In it's most recent 2003 survey of executive education programs Business Week Magazine has ranked Babson's custom executive programs as 10th among all of the world’s executive development providers. In its article BW names Babson one of the “top providers of tailor-made executive programs for companies.” This high praise is particularly satisfying because the rankings are based on surveys from directors of executive development at major companies whose resulting opinions represent some of the most experienced buyers in the market for such programs.
How We Succeed For Our Corporate Clients
Babson Executive Education provides comprehensive management development solutions to organizations and individuals through a variety of innovative delivery formats. We provide customized face-to-face and technology-enabled learning solutions around the world for clients such as Siemens, Fidelity, Intel, Novartis and Whirlpool. With each client we work from the initial contact through delivery to create a program customized to meet that Company’s exact needs. To insure real impact on the client’s business we often create in-program learning projects that focus upon the specific challenges faced by that company today. We are continuously working to improve our services and have recently completed a $32 million renovation to our Center for Executive Education, adding 20 new classrooms, deluxe hotel accommodations, and improving our technology and teleconferencing capabilities.
Success Stories
Examples of the positive impact our programs have had are numerous. A recent example can be seen in an article published in the October 2003 edition of Chief Learning Officer magazine. The article recounts an interview with Deb Capolarello, Chief Learning Officer at MetLife, who describes how Babson partnered with MetLife to produce a business acumen program that generated real business results. In this program Babson incorporated real MetLife problems into its learning projects and 88% of these projects were actually implemented at the Company.
