Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship Research Center
Babson recently established the new Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship Research Center to help organizations encourage entrepreneurial thinking and action in order to build their capacity to innovate. Here Babson experts and representatives from leading organizations will undertake studies to produce practical guidance for executives on using corporate entrepreneurship as an organizational asset, and provide concrete examples of “best practices” on corporate venturing, successful organizational transformation and creating effective corporate innovation networks.
Process Management Research Center
This new research program will explore the latest trends in process management and the implications for Global 2000 companies. The Institute has been formed to help organizations improve the results of their business process management activities. This forum will focus on the most important trends in process management and will be exploring ways to manage the strategic issues around global sourcing, process governance and network relationships, management of knowledge-intensive processes, and tools for ongoing process management.
Babson Center for Women’s Leadership
The Center for Women’s Leadership promotes leadership diversity in business and provides opportunities for women and men to learn from the entrepreneurial role models of successful women leaders. We offer mentoring, networking, and leadership development for students, Babson alumnae, and all professionals working to transform the face of business leadership. Through research and executive education, we also work with the business sector to understand the issues that contribute to women’s advancement and the effective collaboration of men and women for competitive success.
