In recent years we have seen change sweep across the globe affecting nearly every business, causing each to change the way they compete and conduct their business processes. These forces of change are accelerating with the rapid pace of change in technology, business strategy and structures, global competition.
Our Mission
Our mission is to be the authority on management process excellence. In this role The Center will focus on the most important trends in process management for Global 2000 companies and will be exploring ways to manage the strategic issues around global sourcing, process governance and network relationships, management of knowledge-intensive processes, and tools for ongoing process management.

The purpose of our research will be to apply thought-leadership to uncover new ideas that are practical, coherent and represent the latest thinking for improved business processes and resulting operations.
